Life changing.

I no longer need to tailor my life around my period!

Having recently been diagnosed with PMDD it has been an emotional whirlwind of testing hormonal, pharmaceutical and holistic approaches to try and ease my mood swings. Nothing that I have tried has been as effective as Evelyn, which I was surprised at as it is a completely natural and non-hormonal approach to treatment. My partner has reported that I seem more steady and on an even keel throughout my cycle. Honest review

If I’m honest I find the tablets very large to swallow. The powder smell isn’t very pleasant but I added squash to it and it seemed to be bearable.
I do think the taste of it needs to be worked on. The tablet sizes need to be smaller or at least tablets you can half.
I’ve only been taking it for a few days and hoping it will improve things as I’m now in luteal phase.

No longer on the rollercoaster !

My moods previously were erratic, I knew around ovulation I’d have to plan for the dip. As much as I tried I always got caught off guard. This is the second month of Evelyn and I genuinely feel so much more stable. I still have a little wobble but it no where near the black hole I used to fall into. These are an absolute Godsend
